Raymond Portlock and Mary Portlock, individually and as heirs to the estate of Erica Portlock, deceased, (the Portlocks) appeal the summary judgment rendered in favor of Kenneth W. Perry in this negligence and medical malpractice cause of action. In two points of error, the Portlocks argue that the trial court erred in granting Perry summary judgment and in denying their motion for rehearing. Because the trial court properly granted Perry summary judgment and properly denied the Portlocks motion for rehearing, we affirm the trial courts judgment.
